To develop the first-ever mechatronic Shape Memory Alloy Guidewire, improving endovascular access & navigation, during minimally invasive procedures.

BCV announced today that the company has raised €6 million in a Series A financing round led by FOREPONT CAPITAL PARTNERS, a New York-based international venture capital firm investing in biotech and disruptive medical technology start-ups. Other investors include NTI, based in Palo Alto, MEDCO, based in France, and several early-stage French investors. This Series A financing brings the total amount raised since the creation of BCV to 13 million euros.
